Metrics and Phases for OBUUC for Indoor, In-person programming (Meetings, Committees, and Small Groups)

Phase 1: If Racine and Kenosha Counties’ transmission risk level is High (per the COVID Act Now data), limited attendance of indoor gatherings of fully vaccinated and symptom free attendees may be implemented.

  1.  Indoor Gatherings of 10 people or fewer in George Bray Hall or the Church Sanctuary for 2 hours maximum; 6 ft. physically distanced, wearing a good quality mask such as a 3-ply surgical mask or an N95, no food sharing, no singing. Bathrooms cleaned after each individual use with disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels.  Gatherings scheduled with Congregational Administrator.
  2. Each group will choose a Safety Coordinator who will assure that guidelines are followed.  Within 24 hours of the meeting, the Safety Coordinator will complete and submit a Contract Tracing Record to the Congregational Administrator (Brenda).  The Congregational Administrator will keep an online file of all such meeting reports. The coordinator will include the name of the group, date of meeting, and the names of all attending. They will also list phone numbers and email addresses for anyone not a member and/or not yet listed in the OBUUC directory. The Congregational Administrator and the Safety Coordinator will keep these records for at least two months.
  3. Multi-platform will be offered if possible.
  4.  If the risk level increases the church closes.
