Sunday, August 21, 10am Animal Blessing!

Blessed are the animals.
Blessed are the creatures who live with us and need our care.
Blessed are the mammals and the reptiles and the birds
who teach us we are not alone.
Blessed are all living things from whom we learn to love.
-Rev. Maureen Killoran

Join us for worship at Samuel Myers Park for a celebration of an important part of our interdependent web, animals!

Bring your pet, your stuffed toy, a photo of a beloved animal for a special Sunday celebrating the important place that animals have in our lives. Please watch for more upcoming information about this service.

Dogs are allowed at the park and must be leashed.

We will have a place for honoring our animals that have left us, a place for honoring our animals that can’t join us at the park, and a place for honoring our stuffie toys, for they bring us joy too!

Don’t have an animal to bring? Join us to celebrate the animals that are all around us every day!
