Progressive Christianity Reading Group
This group, led by Erik Gunn, generally meets every month to discuss a book that has been selected. The next meeting will be Sunday, January 19, 1:00-2:30 p.m. in the Annex Lower Level. The book being read for this meeting is The Fourth Gospel, by John Shelby Spong. Newcomers are always welcome to join the group at any time.

New UU
This is a 3 part orientation program for new members and those interested in exploring membership or learning more about the UUA and our own Olympia Brown UU Church. It includes history, the operation of the local church, and the sharing of personal religious journeys. Next course offering will be on January 5, 12 & 19 at 12:30 p.m. at the Annex and again on April 6, 13 & 27.

World Religion and More
World Religion and More: Thursdays in February, 7–9 p.m. (with childcare available by request). This series of class is on a 4 year cycle with topics rotating through the following themes: (2016) Religions of the Middle East – Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Zorastrian and Bahai; (2017) Religions of India – Hindu, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism; (2018) Religions of the Far East – Taoism, Confucianism, Shintoism and Zen; and (2015) Opening the Bible Again – But for the First Time.
